Gary S. Pasricha is the founder and senior managing partner of Pasricha & Patel, LLC. He has successfully represented individuals, families, employers and corporations in all matters related to immigration and nationality law since the firm’s inception in 1995.
Mr. Pasricha’s areas of practice include business immigration, work site compliance, administrative audits, business law and commercial litigation. Mr. Pasricha has successfully represented numerous clients before the United States Department of Justice, United States Department of Homeland Security, and the United States Department of Labor, as well as New York and New Jersey labor departments. Mr. Pasricha also provides work site consulting service to clients to help avoid common pitfalls in administrative audits, including establishing proper procedures for I-9, LCA, and H-1B compliance.
